After replacing the controller, you MUST perform controller learning before riding the scooter.
Using the controller without completing the learning process may cause:
- Reverse wheel rotation
- Motor malfunction
- Controller overheating
- Permanent controller damage or burnout
Please note:
Controllers damaged due to failure to perform controller learning correctly are NOT covered under warranty or after-sales service.
Quick Controller Learning Guide
- Lift the scooter so both wheels are suspended off the ground.
- Connect the controller’s white learning cable.
- Turn on the scooter and enable dual motor mode.
- Do NOT press the throttle or brake during learning.
- Wait for both wheels to rotate forward normally.
- Disconnect the learning cable and restart the scooter.
